The activities include general office work, telephone service and correspondence, ordering and receiving goods, as well as digital filing, invoice verification and payment instructions. In addition, the role involves organizing sales and shipping, supporting assembly deployment planning, creating quotes, delivery notes and invoices, and providing organizational assistance with customs export and import. The dual apprenticeship lasts three years and includes intermediate and final examinations at the vocational school Berufliches Schulzentrum Wertheim; good German language skills are required.
