The work includes laying out residential gardens according to plan, planting and maintaining perennials and woody plants, as well as paving and natural stone work. Independent work based on execution plans and documentation via daily reports, measurement records and hourly wage reports are part of everyday practice. A completed apprenticeship as a landscape gardener is required; several years of garden and landscape construction experience or a craft background such as mason, carpenter or paver are welcome.
